The Kier Group Share Incentive Plan
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 23 October 2020, that, on 21 October 2020, the trustee of the Kier Group Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan") acquired 324 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.46 per share for, and allocated 162 free matching shares in accordance with the rules of the Plan to, Mr Mark Pengelly, a person discharging managerial responsibilities.
