Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, hereby notifies of the acquisition of ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 24th July 2020 by Non-Executive Director Richard Pelly.
Richard Pelly has acquired 380 Ordinary Shares at a price of 506 pence per share. Mr Pelly's resultant interest following this purchase is now 380 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.000 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
