City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional products investing in closed-end funds, has been notified that Stable View III LP, a Partnership set up by Barry Olliff, a Non-Executive Director, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 16,522 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.699933 per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Olliff's beneficial interest is 1,872,321 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
