Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Insight, Events and Data & Analytics, was notified earlier today, that on the same day, Neil Sachdev, Non-Executive Chairman, sold and repurchased 205,900 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11 pence per Ordinary Share through a Bed and ISA transfer arrangement.
Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Mr. Sachdev remains unchanged at 248,810 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
