SANNE, a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate services, announces that on 4 June 2020 awards over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company were made to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) under the 2019 Company's Senior Management Incentive Plan (the Plan), as follows:

No consideration was paid for the awards which were granted following satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
