Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 3 June 2020 that James Ockenden, Chief Actuary, transferred 59,050 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 3 June 2020 to his spouse, Mrs R Ockenden.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Ockenden continue to hold 940,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.38 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
