Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess') has been advised that on 27 May 2020 Richard Battey, Chairman, bought shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange.

Richard Battey bought 5,000 ordinary shares at a share price of EUR 8.41036 representing 0.0072% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Richard Battey has a total interest of 60,000 shares in the Company representing 0.087% of Princess' issued share capital.
