The Company announces that Olivier Brousse, a PDMR, transferred 86,256 Shares to his partner, Dr Laura Watkins, a person closely associated with him, on 30 April 2020, who acquired the Shares for nil consideration.
Share Sale
The Company announces that Justin Bailey, a PDMR sold 47,500 ordinary shares at a price of 357 pence per share on 1 May 2020.
