CVS, the veterinary services group, announces that it was notified on 27 March 2020 that Richard Connell, Chairman of the Company, had today purchased 6,300 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
As a result, Mr Connell's total interest in the company, including his wife's holdings, is now 146,300 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
