XPS announces that, on 20 March 2020, Patrick McCoy, Head of Advisory and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and Claire McCoy, a person closely associated ("PCA") to Mr McCoy, together sold 90,598 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.07 per Ordinary Share.
