Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that on 19 March 2020, David Johnson, Chairman, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at a price of 66.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, David Johnson is now interested in 375,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
