Exercised 49,466 options granted in 2015 under the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and exercised 12,854 options granted in 2018 under the Deferred Bonus Plan (Deferred Award).
Subsequently he sold 29,574 shares to cover tax liabilities at £1.7338 per share.
