Artemis Alpha Trust plc (the 'Company') has been notified that Miss Tansy Aspinall, a connected person to Mr Kartik Kumar, fund manager of the Company, has made a purchase of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the 'Shares').
Following the transaction Miss Aspinall now holds 16,000 ordinary shares in the Company and Mr Kumar continues to hold 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
