AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announces that, on 26 February 2020, it was notified by Tony Mok, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that, on 26 February 2020, Mr Mok purchased 1,000 of the Company's American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price of $48.00 per ADS. Two ADSs are equivalent to one Ordinary Share of $0.25 in the Company.
