Card Factory has been notified that on 22 January 2020, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard, purchased, in aggregate, 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 88.35p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
Ms Hubbard's (and her connected person's) beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 173,822 ordinary shares, 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
