The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
- Stephen Burns, CEO, has transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse (Abigail Ashby-Burns) for nil consideration;
- Laurence Keen, CFO, has transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse (Pippa Keen) for nil consideration; and
- Mat Hart, Chief Technology and Marketing Officer, has transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse (Denece Hart) for nil consideration.
