Flowtech Fluidpower plc, the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power products, announces that it has been notified that Russell Cash, Chief Financial Officer Director of Flowtech, has purhcased a total of 28,570 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 August 2019 at an average price of 105.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Cash has an interest in 28,570 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
