The Company announces that it was notified on 22 August 2019 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharing Managerial Reponsibilities in the Company ("PDMRs") as set out below:
