DLG has been notified that Jonathan Greenwood, Managing Director - Commercial, and his wife Teresa Greenwood have acquired 14,949 and 16,758 ordinary shares of 10 10/11 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), respectively. The acquired Shares will be held in their Individual Savings Accounts. Additionally, Jonathan Greenwood and Teresa Greenwood sold 2,136 and 29,688 Shares respectively.
