Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 30 July 2019
Roger Whiteside, acquired 34,129 Shares by exercising an option granted on 24 March 2016 pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan.
The grant was made at an option price of £nil per Share and was subject to performance conditions which were subsequently achieved.
