XPS announces that, on 8 July 2019, Ben Bramhall, Co-Chief Executive Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), acquired 27,198 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.10 per Ordinary Share.
Ben Bramhall's holding now totals 1,536,578 Ordinary Shares. Ben also holds 258,992 outstanding PSP awards due to vest June 2020 and 241,340 outstanding PSP awards due to vest July 2021.
