Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, both Independent Non-Executive Directors, have elected to use all and a portion of their board fees respectively to purchase Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ('Shares'). On 14 June 2019, pursuant to a pre-determined election, the Company arranged for the purchase of 1,448 and 868 Shares on behalf of Ms MacDonald and Mr Keogh respectively. The Shares were all purchased at the same price of £16.733739.
The Company has been notified by Steve Langan, Chief Executive Officer, Hiscox USA, and a PDMR, that the proceeds of the June 2019 dividend were reinvested in Shares on his behalf and on behalf of a person closely associated with him resulting in the purchase of 1,437 Shares on 14 June 2018 at a price of £16.7534.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
