Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group, announces that on 13 June 2019 the following Director received for nil cost, ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company pursuant to an award granted on 10 June 2016 under The Huntsworth Long Term Incentive Plan 2016. The recipient requested that the Trustee of the Huntsworth Employee Benefit Trust sell shares in connection with his related tax and social security liabilities, dealing costs and charges, with the balance of shares being retained by the recipient, as indicated below:
