On 20 May 2019, RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of £1 each ("Ordinary Shares") by PDMRs.

 

On 17 May 2019, the PDMRs listed below acquired Ordinary Shares of £1 each as shown below. This was as a result of reinvestment of the 2018 final dividend paid in respect of their shares held through the Company's all employee Sharebuild Plan (an HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan). The shares were acquired at a price of £5.63 per share.
