Director / PDMR share dealing

 

Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that on 30 April 2019, Howell Richards, a Non Executive Director, jointly with his wife, purchased 2,810 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 352.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr & Mrs Richards have a total beneficial holding of 2,810 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

Additionally, Miss Sophie Mary Richards, the daughter of Mr Howell Richards, a person closely associated with Mr Richards under the EU Market Abuse Regulation, purchased 3,650 Ordinary Shares at a price of 352.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
