Grant of options under the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the 'SAYE')
The Company announces that on 9 April 2019, David Thomas was granted an option over 2,890 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company under the HMRC approved SAYE. The Option may be exercised during the period 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 at an exercise price of £5.19 per share.
An invitation to participate in the SAYE was extended to all employees with a minimum of one month's service with the Company on similar terms and was offered for a period of three or five years.
Following the above transaction, the Company confirms that at the date of this announcement, each of the Executive Directors holds the following total number of options and awards over Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
