On 5 March 2019, Byways Investments Limited, a company beneficially owned by Mr Vetch's children disposed of 166,236 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of 987.73 pence per share.  On the same day, Mr Vetch and his wife disposed of 324,593 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of 987.73 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Vetch and his family's beneficial holding is 7,530,351 ordinary shares, representing 4.52% of the Company's issued share capital.
