Transfer of shares to a person closely associated with a PDMR
Further to the notifications issued by the Company on each of 18 and 19 December 2018, Kelvin Stagg transferred the balance of shares arising from two exercises of share options, after the sale of shares to cover option costs and taxes, to Mrs Emma Stagg, a person closely associated, for nil consideration.
