Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and Total Voting Rights |
The Company announces that Mr. Malcolm Diamond, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), was issued and allotted a total of 8,571 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 23 November 2018, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE scheme.
Following this transaction 812,371 Ordinary Shares are held by Mr. Diamond and persons closely associated with him.
Total Voting Rights (TVR)
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue at today's date, is 121,793,337 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 121,793,337. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
