Transfer of Shares
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, has been advised that Cygenta Capital & Advisory Pty Ltd, a company controlled by Joseph Bayer, the Executive Director of the Company, has on 16 November 2018 transferred 7,200 ordinary shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €nil to Joseph Bayer personally (the "Transfer").
The Company also announces, it was notified on 16 November 2018 that Joseph Bayer, has purchased 3,100 Ordinary Shares at a price of 84.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Joseph Bayer personally now holds a total of 23,180 shares. He also has a separate holding of 93,333 Ordinary Shares held via his Australian Superannuation Fund which Mr Bayer controls. Therefore, Joseph Bayer's total interest in the Company through direct and indirect holdings is 116,513 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
