On 8 August 2018, Mr Jurgens Myburgh, Chief Financial Officer of Mediclinic International plc, acquired 20,000 shares in the Company at ZAR 86.82 per share. Accordingly, Mr Myburgh now owns a total of 80,000 shares in Mediclinic International plc.
