Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company has been notified that, on 11 July 2018, Stephen Gutteridge, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, inherited 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Audrey Gutteridge, a person closely associated with Mr Gutteridge, for a probate value of £1.645 per share.
There is no change to the aggregate number of shares held by Mr Gutteridge and his persons closely associated as a result of this transfer. Mr Gutteridge and his persons closely associated hold a beneficial interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0037% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
