Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that on 20 June 2018, the Company received notification from Jon Baird, a PDMR of Motorpoint, that he had sold 377,500 ordinary shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 248 pence per share. This sale results in Mr. Baird being interested in a total of 377,608 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.38 % of the ordinary shares currently in issue.
