DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
1. Vesting and Release of Restricted Share Awards
Following the assessment of the Compound Average Annual Growth in EPS performance condition over the three-year period ended 31 December 2017 and confirmation of full vesting of awards at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 3 May 2018, the following awards made under the Reckitt Benckiser Group 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan vested and Shares were released on 4 May 2018:

The Shares noted below were sold on 4 May 2018 at £55.7582 per Share to realise sufficient funds to settle resultant tax and social security liabilities arising from the vesting:

Mr Kapoor also sold his remaining balance of 63,388 Shares at £55.7582 per Share. Messrs Hennah and de Groot retained the net balance of their vested awards.
