Arrow Global announces that on 26 March 2018, awards in the form of nil-cost options were granted over ordinary shares in the Company under the Arrow Global Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP") to the following director and person discharging managerial responsibilities:

The vesting date for the awards will be  26  March 2021, subject to the continued employment of the participant. No consideration is payable on vesting.
