Director/ PDMR shareholding

The Company confirms that the total number of ordinary shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") that Haris Altaf Chaudhry, Executive Chairman of InnovaDerma, has an interest in, including that of the persons closely associated with him, remains unchanged and is 5,805,220 Ordinary Shares. This equates to approximately 40.38% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is to correct an error in an announcement made on 16 November 2016. 

The total number of shares in which Haris Chaudhry is interested as above includes 50,000 Ordinary Shares owned by Mr Chaudhry's wife. Mr Chaudhry's wife is a person closely associated with him for the purposes of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations, but not for the purposes of DTR 5.2 (TR-1 disclosures). Therefore, these shares are not included in the TR-1 released on 7 November 2017.
