PDMR/DIRECTOR DEALINGS
LondonMetric Property Plc ("Company") announces the granting of new share incentive awards, vesting of previous share awards and part disposals by Directors of shares to meet tax and other liabilities.
In respect of prior year awards, the following ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") have vested:
· 2,151,447 Shares relating to grants under the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") vested on 19 June 2020
· 252,915 Shares relating to grants under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan vested on 19 June 2020.
In respect of new share awards under the Company's LTIP for the financial year ended 31 March 2020, LondonMetric granted nil cost options over 1,914,457 shares on 17 June 2020.
Details of vestings, disposals and grants in respect of notifiable interests are set out below.

4. Vesting of Shares awarded under the 2020 LTIP is subject to total shareholder return, total accounting return and earnings performance conditions measured over a three year period
