Sumo Group announces that David Wilton, Chief Financial Officer, has sold and acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

The transactions took place on 13 April 2021, as David sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 354 pence per share, previously held in his dealing account and acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares in an ISA under his name and 5,000 Ordinary Shares in an ISA under the name of his wife, Helen Wilton, each at a price of 354 pence per share.

 

Following these transactions, David's interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 696,876, representing 0.4 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
