Withdrawal of Requisition for a General Meeting

 

Mobile Streams plc provides an update to the announcement on 24 September 2019 relating to the Company's receipt of a notice requisitioning a general meeting of the Company under section 305 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Requisition") from Sriramakrishna Uthayanan.

 

Sriramakrishna Uthayanan has withdrawn the Requisition. Accordingly, a general meeting will not be convened.

 

The Company is pleased to announce the intention to appoint Annabel Jamieson as an advisor to the Board with immediate effect.

 

Annabel is a Co-Founder and Director of Krunch.ai and IgniteAMT.  Krunch.AI has developed a data analytics platform. IgniteAMT  provides business intelligence, marketing and technology services to its clients. Previously Annabel was Group Head of Mobile at Associated Newspapers.

 

Commenting, Simon Buckingham CEO Mobile Streams said: "Having known of Annabel, her calibre and her reputation for many years within mobile industry circles, I'm delighted she is bringing her software and marketing expertise to advise the Company's board".

 

Annabel Jamieson said: "I believe that my experience in both the marketing and tech environments, latterly as a founder of Krunch.AI and IgniteAMT will be a great help for Mobile Streams moving forward at this critical time in the Company's long history".
