Cancellation of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights
Man Group plc (the Company) announces that it has cancelled 68,347,543 Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury. Following the cancellation of these shares the total issued listed share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement comprised 1,541,794,770 Ordinary Shares of 33/7 US cents each fully paid. No shares are held in treasury therefore all 1,541,794,770 Ordinary Shares have voting rights.
The above figure of 1,541,794,770 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
