Transfer to the Specialist Fund Segment
The Board of Alternative Liquidity Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company has successfully effected the transfer of the listing of its ordinary shares from the premium segment of the Main Market to the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange.
The ticker symbol, ISIN and Cusip numbers of the ordinary shares remain unchanged.
The Company has established a new website: www.alternativeliquidityfund.com and as detailed in the circular published on 8 December 2020, the Board have appointed Hindsight Solutions Limited as investment advisor in relation to the existing portfolio.
Terms used and not defined in this announcement bear the meaning given to them in the Circular published on 8 December 2020.
