TRADING UPDATE AND NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of premium student accommodation across the UK, will announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2019 on Tuesday, 20 August 2019.

The board is pleased to confirm that the Company remains on track for FY2019 with operating margin expected to be above 67%, administration costs around £10 million and dividend cover in the region of 85%.
