Morgan Securities plc, acting as the Stabilisation Manager in connection with the initial public offering of Finablr plc (the "Company"), has informed the Company that the following stabilisation measures were carried out during the stabilisation period from 15 May 2019 until 13 June 2019 in relation to the ordinary shares of Finablr plc (ISIN GB00BJ7HMW26), which started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 15 May 2019.
