Senior Notes - Moody's revises outlook upwards on improving operating performance and re-affirms credit rating

Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, is pleased to announce that, Moody's have formally improved their view of the outlook for Victoria's 2026 and 2028 Senior Notes based on the strong trading performance of the Group and its track record of successfully integrating acquisitions.

 

This move follows a similar decision by the other two rating agencies, Standard & Poor and Fitch, who upgraded their outlook in September and June respectively.
