Results of External Audit Tender Process

Clarkson PLC announces that, following a competitive tender process, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") has been reappointed as its external auditor.  PwC has been auditor of the Company since 2009 and will be subject to mandatory rotation in 2029.

The tender process, which was outlined in the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, was led by the Audit Committee Chair, Marie-Louise Clayton, and involved all members of the Audit Committee and the CFO, Jeff Woyda.

The Board would like to thank all firms who participated in the audit tender.
