Further to the announcements made by the Company on 10 February 2020 and 14 February 2020 relating to the Company's Proposed Placing, Over-allotment Option, Open Offer and Offer for Subscription, a Circular containing inter alia the Notice of General Meeting, further information on the Issue, Offer for Subscription application form and Open Offer application form, has today been published and posted to shareholders. The Circular has been made available on the Company's website https://www.urbanlogisticsreit.com/investors/
The expected timetable for the Open Offer and Offer for Subscription remains as set out in the Company's announcement made on 14 February 2020.
The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU at 10.00 a.m. on 9 March 2020.
