Products to launch on Sephora.co.uk

Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based skincare and wellness company providing premium consumer products formulated with lab-produced cannabinoids, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a contract with multinational beauty and cosmetics retailer Sephora to make the Company's 'Look Better' (skincare) range available for purchase on Sephora's e-commerce website, Sephora.co.uk from the second half of May.

Cellular Goods will become the first cannabigerol (CBG)-based skincare brand to offer its products on Sephora UK, as part of the Company's enhanced retail strategy to drive growth by expanding its sales channels and increasing its collaboration with established online and high street outlets.

Sephora.co.uk will stock the full range of the Company's facial skincare products including the brand's best-selling Rejuvenating Face Serum, designed to visibly reverse signs of skin ageing, whilst also protecting from inflammation and irritation. Cellular Goods' newest range of skincare products, the Rejuvenating Night Cream, SPF 25 Rejuvenating Day Cream and Rejuvenating Day Mousse, containing the Company's proprietary formulation of CBG and CBD, will also be available on the website.

Additional Cellular Goods products available on Sephora.co.uk include the Company's CBG-based Nourishing Cannabinoid Face Oil, and Calming Cannabinoid After Shaving Moisturiser, as well as selected 'mini' sizes and gifting products during seasonal moments.

Darcy Taylor, Chairman and Interim CEO of Cellular Goods, commented: "I'm delighted that our products will be going on sale at Sephora.co.uk. The launch bridges the gap between customer awareness and sales by making it easier for customers to purchase our products. We're confident that our effective next-generation skincare formulations will appeal to their existing customers and encourage them to try our CBG-powered products. The Sephora launch is part of our continued customer acquisition strategy, as we continue to increase awareness of our products and grow our sales channels."
