Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector, further to the announcements of 2 August 2019, confirms that a circular setting out details of its proposed placing to raise £3.5 million (gross of expenses) (the "Placing") was posted to shareholders (the "Circular") on 5 August 2019. Accompanying the Circular is a notice of general meeting to be held in connection with the Placing, to be held at the offices of Freeths LLP, 3^rd Floor, The Colmore Building, Colmore Circus, Queensway, Birmingham B4 6AT at 12:00 p.m. on 21 August 2019.
