HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), the property management services group, announces that it has posted to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM will shortly be available to view on the Company's website www.hmlholdings.com.
The AGM will be held at HML's West Croydon offices at 95 London Road, West Croydon, CR0 2RF on 17 September 2019, at 11.00 a.m.
