Posting of 2018 Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on 31 May 2019, Savannah Petroleum confirms that the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report"), and a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available on the Company's website (www.savannah-petroleum.com).
The AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Friday, 28 June 2019 at the Novotel London, Canary Wharf, 40 Marsh Wall, London E14 9TP. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders today.
